The year is 1997.
In the dark, resource-starved city of Hongkoria, chaos reigns. Motorbike gangs rule the streets with unchecked power, and none are more feared than the Neon Gang. Led by the brutal yet magnetic Wing Zhiyuan, infamously known as The Neon Dragon, they spread anarchy through the streets.
When Wing captures a key rival gang member and broadcasts a chilling threat to execute him, the city holds its breath. But from the shadows emerges a mysterious lone Rider, determined to rescue the hostage and prevent Hongkoria from descending into all-out gang war.
NEON is a high-octane, stylized action epic set in an alternate-history Hong Kong. It’s a synth-driven motorbike odyssey through hostile territories, rival gangs, and treacherous alliances.
